Job Title:Lease/ Invoice Processor

Pay Range: $23.50/HR*DIRECT HIRE*

Shift:M-F 8am-5pm

Office Location:Allen, Texas - Onsite

Job Responsibilities

• Review and analyze invoicing queues to ensure purchase order and invoice processing is correct and timely.

• Review leasing documents to ensure accuracy of requested invoice.

• Submit invoices directly to the Client and upload all required documentation via submissions to their databases

• Work with Accounting, the Live Track IT department and Operations Management to reconcile and resolve any issues.

• Ensure proper documentation is uploaded to ensure purchase order and invoice data integrity.

• Provide regular reports to Assistant Project Managers on outstanding purchase order and invoice issues.

• Communicate with the sales team directly to obtain any items still pending before we can submit each invoice

• Draft lease documents in high volume for landlord and customer review

• Ensure accuracy of all documents and participate in quality control

• Coordinate, route and review final lease packages for execution

• Prepare documents for execution, routing to multiple parties for signature and scanning/loading executed contracts into various document management systems.

• Work with customer project teams and legal team to review proposed deal terms and obtain client approval.

Requirements

• Candidates with Loan Processor or Insurance experience are encouraged to apply

• Knowledge of real estate principles and contract drafting preferred

• College degree, paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience
