About the Role:
As a CBRE Lease Administration Supervisor, you will oversee a team that is responsible for administering and maintaining leases.
This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services.
What You’ll Do:
+ Act as a liaison with clients, landlords, and tenants to ensure the payments of rent and property taxes are processed in a timely manner.
+ Point of contact for the transition for new accounts, existing accounts, and client critical issues related to payment transactions, lease terms, etc.
+ Manage the quality control review process for administered leases. Ensure verifications and updates meet the required lease related compliance and reporting.
+ Present weekly, quarterly, and yearly reports to management.
+ Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
+ May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
+ Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
+ Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.
What You’ll Need:
+ The person in this role will reside in the Central or Easter time zone.
+ Must have experience with commercial lease administration.
+ High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Previous shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
+ In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
+ Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
+ Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mindset.
+ Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. Financial experience.
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Lease Admin Supervisor position is $52,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Lease Admin Supervisor position is $77,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
