Job Summary
Responsible for supporting program development and project management for Synovus' various talent, specialty and learning programs to include, but not limited to early talent, hi-potential, leadership and BAU programs. Responsible for establishing and maintaining data analytics and reporting tools to ensure L&D effectiveness measures are met.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Works collaboratively with program leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure programs meet and exceed organizational goals and are aligned with Synovus' priorities. Partners with Program and LBP Leads to understand the project scope and objectives and documents and communicates the project plan and timeline, topics include but are not limited to: project funding, resources, program options, training calendars, change management implications, projected training audience, and cross-functional impacts of training deliverables to other lines of business.
* Assists with communications, resource allocation (internal and external to Learning & Development), and timeline delivering the program. Hosts meetings, tracks tasks and key project milestones across multiple projects. Ensures tasks and milestones are met. May assist Program Lead with creating documents or presentations for sponsor reaction, ideation sessions and dashboards.
* Plans, coordinates and maintains program calendar for multiple cohorts, programs and/or academies. Anticipates program and learner needs and adjusts project plans and/or resources as needed. Pulls together cross-functional teams to drive decision making and keeps impacted parties informed. Empathizes with learners to ensure seamless delivery of programs and best in class learner experience.
* Establishes and maintains reporting mechanisms to measure program and learning effectiveness and business impacts. Maintains learner survey data trends, completion records, assessment scores and dashboards. Prepares analysis and report findings to learning leadership teams.
* May support Learning Team with hosting meetings.
* Provides guidance and support to less experienced team members.
* Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
* Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Education:
* Bachelor's degree Learning, Analytics, Business, Project Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum Experience:
* Five years experience managing multiple programs or priorities of mid to high complexity through successful delivery and implementation
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
* Strong program management skills and the ability to multitask in a cross-functional environment.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills as this role may communicate across all levels of the organization.
* Strong customer focus and the ability to manage client expectations.
* Ability to identify and evaluate program complexity, risks, constraints, dependencies and overall program effectiveness.
* Detail-oriented, strategic planner with a passion for learning outcomes and effectiveness
* Strong collaboration skills
* Proficient in MS Office Products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
