- Implementing new LMS for new hires (currently doing this) and for entire company in the future
- Need support and assistance building it out- In midst of creating this now
- Administering, adding content, items around training and creating that content for training as well
- articulate rise
- Excel, PM, Docebo, success factors
- Content will be for HR mostly
Daily Responsibilities/Job Description:
The LMS (Learning Management System) Administrator Training Specialist is responsible for
the daily administration, maintenance, and support of the organizations LMS. This role ensures
the efficient operation and use of the LMS to deliver training programs and initiatives that
comply with regulatory requirements. The LMS Administrator works closely with instructional
specialists, line managers, program/requirements owners, and other stakeholders to implement
and manage training solutions.
Responsibilities
LMS Management:
• Administer the LMS, including user management, course uploads, and system configuration.
User Support:
• Provide technical support to LMS users, including instructors, learners, and administrators.
Course Management:
• Assist in the creation and organization of courses and training materials within the LMS.
Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure all training programs and initiatives comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Generate and analyze reports on training metrics, completion rates, and other key
performance indicators.
System Optimization:
• Identify opportunities to optimize the LMS for better user experience and efficiency.
Qualifications/years of experience:
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years of LMS administration experience
Must Haves:
Strong technical skills and familiarity with LMS platforms
• standards such as SCORM, AICC, and xAPI
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technology Requirements:
• Experience with Docebo
• Experience with Articulate, including Rise 360 Project Management
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS,
