Role - Learning & Development Program Senior Analyst
Rate - $51.85/HR on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $77.77/HR)
Duration - 12 Months (possible extension)
Location - NY NY
Client Learning works to drive business performance by connecting employees with relevant and innovative learning experiences when and where they need them. The Program Senior Analyst is responsible for the delivery of the Institutional Client Group's (ICG) Global Associate Learning Initiative. This role works closely with the Early Career Learning & Development Program Team as well as the Program Managers and HR Advisors for the ICG businesses.
Key responsibilities include:
Global ICG Associate Learning Initiative
•Responsible for pre, during and post-program components including selection process, events, communications, evaluations and related time-sensitive deliverables
•Liaise with Program Manager and HR Advisors on all participant identification, tracking and communication,
•Responsible for coordinating any travel visa details with the local Program Management teams.
•Working with the Global Events Marketing Team to create and coordinate all program registration components, including the website and tracking of registration completions and reminders. Responsible for leading program logistics for in-person events with the Early Career Learning Business Operations team
•Liaising with Enterprise Supply Chain, Third Party Risk Management Utility for program procurement including work orders, purchase orders, and invoicing for approx.5 – 10 vendors
•Responsible for preparation and reconciliation of program budgets and processing forecasts, accruals chargebacks in partnership with regional and O&T HR and Finance partners
•Owns and maintains all program data
•Develop and manage program communications for participants and internal stakeholders, including drafting communications and creating timelines
•Manage and collaborate with external consultants on all aspects of the programs
•Partner with senior L&D colleagues on program design
•Create marketing materials for program and maintain internal websites Communicate effectively and consistently with various partners on program administration
•Assist broader team with reporting and assignments
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
•Undergraduate degree required; Master's Degree in Business, Learning and Development preferred, Organizational Development, Human Resources, a plus
•Financial institutions, specifically ICG organizational knowledge and experience preferred
SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
•Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills including ability to multitask and manage multiple project deliverables
•Ability to build partnerships with various constituents including senior management, external consultants and program participants
•Effective collaboration skills with colleagues across business lines and levels
•Ability to work independently
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
•Financial and/or accounting and budgeting skills a plus
