We are seeking a Learning and Development Program Manager II for the Learning and Development Department.
Credit Human is seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Learning and Development Program Manager II to join our team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing and enhancing our leadership development programs. This role demands a high level of program management skills including planning, marketing, recruiting, execution, and evaluation. The role interacts regularly with senior-level leadership and is crucial in driving the learning and development initiatives across the organization.

Highlights:
- Lead the creation, documentation, and delivery of educational programs that foster adult learning, skill enhancement, and behavioral change
- Manage all aspects of leadership development programs, from inception to assessment
Support the development and delivery of face-to-face, virtual and hybrid learning modules as needed for access by credit union employees
- Annually review the vendors and contracts for the programs you lead to be in compliance with NCUA requirements
- Aid in the formulation and distribution of various learning formats, including in-person, online, and blended modules, to ensure widespread accessibility for all employees of the credit union
- Build and maintain partnerships, negotiating terms with both new and existing external suppliers of comprehensive learning solutions
Experience:
Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing and delivering multiple programs to include analyzing program effectiveness
- Minimum 5 years of experience facilitating group initiatives via face-to-face and virtual environments
- Ability to travel is required
Education:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Communications, Project/Program Management or related
Licenses & Certifications:
Preferred
- Project Management Professional Certification

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
100% onsite work: 1703 Broadway building in San Antonio, TX
Level of Work: 2B
Minimum Starting Salary: $63,167
