1. Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning &
Development, or equivalent experience required.
2. 4-6 Years in Training or Learning & Development role, preferably in a Retail or quick-serve
environment.
3. 1-3 years’ experience in managing trainers, instructional designers and/or learning managers.
4. Demonstrated success in designing learning curriculum and strategy.
5. Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
6. Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs and strategies.
7. Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems.
