About the Job
Responsibilities:

Organizing and Managing mentoring, coaching, co-development and team development requests.

Managing data analytics related to usage, experience, improvement of all Learning, Development and Talent Management activities.

Managing attendance by actively monitoring registration, sending updates to participants, and seeking to increase enrollments.

Developing, managing and reporting the results of feedback surveys.

Providing on-going support to virtual live classes as well as program participants by answering questions regarding registration, training record
-
Assisting with communications by producing graphic design deliverables in the form of: Google Slide presentations, infographics, and marketing materials

Qualifications/Background Profile:
-
-
3+ years experience in HR with a passion for Learning and Development.
-
Experience in translating large amounts of data into meaningful outputs.
-
Internal Marketing & Communication experience desired
-
Advanced Proficiency with Google Suite including content creation preferred

Previous LMS Experience Preferred
