Lympha Press is hiring a Learning and Development Manager as a full-time job onsite in Chadds Ford, PA.
As a Learning and Development Manager, you will develop, lead and manage training initiatives, employee development programs and organizational learning strategies. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of impactful learning solutions that enhance employee performance, drive engagement and align with the core values of Lympha Press.

Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy tailored to the culture of the organization.
- Align training programs with organizational goals, focusing on sales, marketing, product knowledge, operations, and compliance.
- Training Program Design:
- Work with internal Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to design, develop, and deliver training programs for all team members.
- Work with SME’s to create training content, including learning modules, workshops, manuals, job aids, etc., that is adaptable to remote and in-office team members.
- Ensure content addresses diverse learning styles and incorporates industry best practices.
- Onboarding & Orientation:
- Design and implement a consistent onboarding and orientation program for in-office and remote/sales team members.
- Leadership Development:
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles.
- Develop programs to enhance managerial and leadership capabilities across the organization.
- Performance Management:
- Collaborate with department leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Implement training solutions to improve employee performance and productivity.
- Compliance and Certification:
- Ensure all training materials comply with industry regulations, including HIPAA, FDA guidelines, and other legal requirements.
- Manage certifications and any annual or continuing education requirements for team members where and if required.
- Evaluation and Feedback:
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve training programs based on data-driven insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with HR, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of training initiatives.
- Act as a consultant to leadership on learning and development strategies.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant work experience and certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on sales and marketing training.
- Experience in the durable medical equipment or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training technologies.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in the medical and healthcare sectors.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
