Short Description
The Learning & Development Associate will be responsible for onsite training and coordinating virtual training sessions for new employees. The associate will work with the Learning and Development Managers to document and update the schedule, track, and assign online training for employees. The associate will update the Learning Management System to track employee training records and re-assign safety compliance dates. The candidate must be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and have exceptional time management skills. This position will require up to 50% travel and the employee must reside near a major airport.

Responsibilities
- Provide onsite training to employees at new branch locations.
- Maintain and modify Learning Management System training records.
- Create an L&D Teams channel to address new employee learning needs and issues.
- Act as L&D liaison between L&D Managers and new branch locations.
- Create timely schedule of post critical formal training events for new location employees.
- Promote a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere.
