Genesis10 is currently seeking a Learning Content Developer with our client in their Sunnyvale, CA location. This is a 6 month + contract and 100% remote position.

We are looking for a Learning Content Developer to join our team. You will create high-impact learning materials for the sales teams, managers & senior leaders. These learning materials empower global sales teams with the knowledge and skills they need to sell products, plus develop leader's skills to support their teams & grow the business.
In this role, you will work with a Learning Experience Designer & project teams to determine learning objectives, establish clear timelines for deliverables, and create engaging content & assets. This role's primary responsibility is developing learning assets for our sales audiences and senior leaders.

This role's primary responsibility is developing learning assets for our sales audiences and senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Learning Experience Designer(s) and project teams, to update existing content & courses or build new learning materials.
- Develop content for asynchronous learning (eLearning, job aids, videos, etc.).
- Develop content for in person or virtual events (decks, handouts, etc.).
- Review materials with peers & project team members and incorporate feedback.
- Manage asset production to produce deliverables and complete tasks on or ahead of schedule.
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience synthesizing content in simplified performance support content (knowledge articles, job aids, etc).
- 4+ years' experience building assets for live, in person or virtual learning moments using.
- 4+ years' experience building e-learning assets in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Portfolio or work samples with recent work showcasing the above points.
- Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excels in execution, establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with multimedia design.
- Experience working on a multi-cultural team.
- Experience structuring lessons or courses to produce a behavioral outcome.

Pay rate range: $41.00 - $65.00 hourly.
