About the Role:
As a Lean Six Sigma Change Management Consultant, you will be a key player in leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies will be crucial in guiding our organization through significant changes and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead Lean Six Sigma projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with business objectives and strategic goals.
Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and identify areas for enhancement using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
Change Management: Develop and implement strategies to support process improvements and secure stakeholder buy-in.
Training and Coaching: Educate and mentor team members and stakeholders on Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
Data Analysis: Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Performance Metrics: Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align objectives, and ensure seamless project execution.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and applying best practices and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Certification: Lean Six Sigma certification is required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in process improvement, change management, and project management.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to influence and drive change across an organization.
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Compensation:
The starting pay range for this remote role is $91,548 to $177,076, reflecting the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
