Job Details
We are seeking a Lean Leader to join our team, responsible for evaluating and enhancing plant performance in automation, safety, quality, production output, and operating costs.
Process Evaluation and Improvement:
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Lead cross-functional teams in quality improvement projects focused on process optimization, scrap reduction, and supplier quality.
Apply LEAN manufacturing principles and techniques.
Utilize root cause analysis and 8D problem-solving methods.
Conduct value stream mapping to identify and document areas for business improvement.
Track and implement cost-saving initiatives for process enhancements.
Quality Control and Waste Reduction:
Oversee quality-related activities and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
Employee Productivity Enhancement:
Develop and maintain employee training programs focused on LEAN concepts and methodologies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience applying Six Sigma and/or LEAN Manufacturing in a production environment.
Experience with adaptable robotics/automation implementation is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
