CMA's Rocky Mount Toyota is growing and we have created a new position to create Leadership Development for the Service Department. In this role, the ideal candidate will learn all aspects of the Service Team, Rental Team and provide Outstanding Customer Support! We are committed to providing memorable customer experiences in all aspects of the Service & Rental processes.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing service calls, texts and emails according to customer preference.
- Delivering a First Class rental experience to Service & Retail Customers
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Set service appointments
- Develop & maintain external rental relationships
- Team oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
Salary range $35k - $45k based upon experience
