Cooper Auto Group is preparing for a strategic expansion and growth initiative as we approach 2025. We are seeking experienced automotive retail professionals to lead our efforts in the Tulsa market. • Implement and communicate corporate strategy to managers and sales/service teams. Make strategic decisions based on market conditions while overseeing sales teams, inventory, and business operations.
• Recruit and retain high-performing talent. Develop and train teams to meet high performance standards. Contribute to training programs and lead a team of managers overseeing sales and service departments.
• Set the standard for professionalism, productivity, and accountability within the organization.
• Forecast and present business performance metrics to stakeholders and management.
• Establish and monitor departmental targets and key performance indicators.
• Empower employees to achieve maximum performance and drive results.

• Extensive automotive dealership management experience with strong cognitive knowledge of sales/finance and service operations.
• Possess proven leadership skills to train, develop, and retain top talent.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of automotive CRM systems.
• Professional appearance, verbal and written communication skills, customer focused, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Expertise in developing relationships.
