The Leader of Growth & Talent Acquisition is a fast-paced and pioneering position
within one of the top real estate teams in the US. The Leader of Growth & Talent
Acquisition will be responsible for the aggressive growth of our team and for ensuring
the growth of our culture.

Acquisition, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting and screening potential
candidates not only on skills and capabilities but team dynamics, social dynamics and

About Our Team:
We are 1 of the top 10 teams in AZ and have been ranked at high as #2 in the
US amongst real estate teams.
We have plans to grow in the next 12 mos by 300%, increasing sales from 400 to
1200 families helped (homes sold). We have the proven systems and processes
that yield results!
We have plans to be in 5 additional US markets by the end of 2021 so there is
are immediate opportunities for additional responsibilities and professional
development.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Leading strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high producing and high potential
real estate agents to the office
Oversee the hiring and onboarding of the entry-level sales team as well as
ensure they are properly connected with an appropriate field trainer based on
intrinsic compatibility
Attend promotional events, tradeshows and workshops representing our team
and our organizational values
Promote a strong learning-based environment focused on quality and results,
ensuring new agents’ intrinsic motivation is aligned with our culture.
Maintain a positive and empowering environment that both challenges associates
to reach their potential and also provides for a caring, people-first, atmosphere
Qualifications:
Must have experience recruiting commissioned salespeople and 1+ yrs of sales
experience OR 5+ yrs of sales experience.
Have in-depth, high level, proven growth and leadership capabilities
High skill in adaptive communication and empathetic reasoning (HSP Preferred)
Thrives in high growth or start-up environment
Ability to build powerful relationships and recruit effectively and consistently
Strong verbal leadership and communication skills and social poise
Although a background in real estate sales is preferred, a candidate with an
exceptional track record in another endeavor, who also possesses exceptional
leadership skills will also be considered
Proven ability to work in a collaborative team setting as well as drive work
individually
