Qualifications
·         Broad Range of Experience, Circuit Design and Ordering
·         Hardware Install and Deploy
·         Software maintenance and upgrades
·         Exp with Architecture and Design (good understanding)
·         Certs (CCNA)
·         **Great Behavior, Attitude, Communication, well rounded, technical, Team Player, Social skills, Agile Team** Potential C2H

· Bachelors Degree Engineering or Equivalent
·         Generally requires 7+ years related experience
·         Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline.
·         Has a good understanding of overall business, including financial acumen
·         Functions independently
·         Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
·         Engineering background in three or more of the following functional areas:
·         Data Center / Central Office equipment deployment and integration
·         Capacity management
·         SIP design / interconnection
·         911 Service design / delivery
·         IMS design / interconnection
·         PSTN design / interconnection
·         Leased circuit ordering / provisioning / testing
·         Enterprise voice networks
·         Voice switch (5E/DMS/Soft Switch) routing / translations
