We're seeking a passionate SRE to join our Automation team and play a key role in expanding our automation footprint across our organization. You'll be instrumental in helping drive our AIOps strategy by leveraging industry leading event correlation and automation best practices. This role offers wide-ranging exposure in a high-paced environment that provides you an opportunity to learn cutting-edge AIOps and Observability technologies. We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented team members that excels at building relationships to drive collaboration and success.
The Lead Technology Leadership Professional works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Ability to influence leaders on advancing our automation strategy in partnership with our strategic partners within SRE. Advance operational efficiencies within team to streamline automation processes across SRE. Ability to design and implement automation solutions based off of our SRE tower needs.
Advance event correlation scope of BigPanda across L1, L2, L3 teams in our IT organization as event management strategy is implemented. Interact with Observability engineering teams that are integrated with BigPanda. Understanding of industry best practices for AIOps and event correlation standards.
Successful candidate can reside anywhere within the US, but will be expected to work core Eastern Standard Time hours.

Required Qualifications
+ 3 or more years of project leadership experience
+ Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure
+ Experience with unit testing and mocking
+ Experience with Automation Scripting Tools
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
+ Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
+ Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in AIOps
+ Experience with Observability tools - Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds
+ Event Correlation Platforms - BigPanda
+ MBA or other Advanced Degree
+ Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
+ Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
+ Six Sigma certification
+ ITIL certification

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$115,300 - $158,600 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
