Key Responsibilities:
- Manage work using kanban concepts to ensure priority sequencing.
- Assist in the design and implementation of system upgrades, patches, and new features.
- Articulate work to ensure transparency for both technical and non-technical partners and stakeholders using Jira agile management software.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure system stability.
- Participate in cross-functional efforts, contributing your analytical expertise to achieve objectives and key results.
- Participate in cross-portfolio quarterly planning to identify dependencies with other product teams and shared services, establish collaboration agreements and track dependencies and risks in Jira.
- Create and maintain dashboards reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
- Work closely with other IT professionals, business units, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and analysis results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT best practices.
- 5+ years' experience in an IT Analyst role related to your specific discipline.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and system information.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with principles of on-premise full-stack software development, and SaaS configuration, enablement, and management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets and complex systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies as needed.
Preferred Qualifications (Max 4)
- Experienced in applying kanban or scrum frameworks; certified kanban or scrum professional.
