Lead Technical Analyst - The Panther Group

The Panther Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager for a contract position with our client in the Dallas, TX area.

Job Summary
As a Lead Technical Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing, interpreting, and optimizing the technology systems and data within our organization.  Your role will involve gathering requirements, analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve business processes and systems with technological solutions.  This position requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively,

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage work using kanban concepts to ensure priority sequencing.
• Assist in the design and implementation of system upgrades, patches, and new features.
• Articulate work to ensure transparency for both technical and non-technical partners and stakeholders using Jira agile management software.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure system stability.
• Participate in cross-functional efforts, contributing your analytical expertise to achieve objectives and key results.
• Participate in cross-portfolio quarterly planning to identify dependencies with other product teams and shared services, establish collaboration agreements and track dependencies and risks in Jira.
• Create and maintain dashboards reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Document technical procedures, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
• Work closely with other IT professionals, business units, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions. 
• Communicate complex technical concepts and analysis results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT best practices.
• 5+ years' experience in an IT Analyst role related to your specific discipline.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and system information.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with principles of on-premise full-stack software development, and SaaS configuration, enablement, and management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets and complex systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies as needed.

Preferred Qualifications (Max 4)

• Experienced in applying kanban or scrum frameworks; certified kanban or scrum professional.
