Lead Supervisor - Paint

Greer Plant, Greer, SC, Plastic Omnium Auto Exteriors LLC. Plan, supervise, &mentor production team of 49 employees w/ sub Production Team Leaders supervising Paint production, Jigs Cleaning Team Leader, Jig Changers, Forklift truck driver, Checking Jigs Opr, Lead Welder, Welders, &Oprs, at high vol mfg plant, utilizing solvent &water-borne paint, 2K Clearcoat &Primer syss, &electrostatic robotic paint apps &paint processes tools, jigs, &checking fixtures to produce &paint psgr vehicle front/rear bumpers, quarter panels, wheel arches for OEM vehicle makers. Supervise &lead team to assure production parameters based on OEM product technical reqmts are met during high vol production incl. product, cost, &visual aesthetics matching car bodies, &meet key performance indicators w/ less than 2% scrap due to line issues, incl. fully automated robotic &electrostatic, waterborne paint processes to ensure high vol production of psgr vehicle

plastic exterior syss &subassemblies, &just in time delivery to OEM vehicle makers. 24 mos exp as Engr, Technician, Team Leader, Supv, or related, planning/dvlpg (or leading production team utilizing) solvent / water borne paint, 2K Clearcoat &Primer syss, &electrostatic robotic paint apps &paint process tools for cmpt painting to produce psgr
