We're a Texas based Multifamily Developer Builder specializing in building ground-up market rate apartments and senior living projects throughout Austin, DFW, San Antonio, and Houston.
Our team in Austin is actively expanding as we have been awarded multiple projects in the area. We're looking to add a Lead Superintendent to the team with a proven track record of successfully completing ground-up multifamily projects with the capabilities of taking a project from dirt to close outs.

As a Permanent Lead Superintendent in the construction industry, you will be at the helm of high-profile, complex construction projects. This position provides a unique opportunity to manage and contribute to multifamily projects that range from market rate apartments, student housing, and senior living facilities. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about construction, eager to take on challenges, and capable of leading a team to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, ensuring projects are completed within time and budget constraints.
2. Ensure all construction activities align with architectural and engineering plans.
3. Directly manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors, fostering an environment of teamwork, safety, and productivity.
4. Conduct quality control checks, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of completed work.
5. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects during project planning and implementation.
6. Solve construction, design, and logistical problems as they arise.
7. Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
8. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders about the project's progress, risks, and solutions.
9. Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent building ground-up multifamily projects.
2. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
3. Excellent leadership and project management skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to work.
5. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering plans.
6. Proficiency in using construction management software.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations.
9. Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
