About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving our business and IT architecture in this space, ensuring alignment with client's long-range vision, our evolving strategies and market needs. In this role you will be responsible for defining and aligning technology solutions and roadmaps with key business objectives and KPIs in the B2B space. You will closely partner with key business stakeholders across global sales and distribution, as well as marketing, customer service and IT functions to shape the corresponding technology strategy, build the architecture runway, and help plan the delivery of new and decommissioning of legacy capabilities.

responsibilities:
To succeed in this role, you will have following demonstrable skills and experiences:
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect with a focus on B2B solutions.
- Successful track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing B2B architectures.
- Direct experience within the consumer electronics industry or a related CPG sector.
- Solid understanding of key B2B value chain components, and related business processes, trends, and best practices.
- Exposure to the unique challenges and dynamics of B2B interactions within the industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in relevant technologies, including industry SaaS offerings, cloud platforms, API integration, and data analytics.
- Experience with Salesforce B2B products or a similar technology stack.
- Previous involvement in replacing or modernizing/transforming legacy B2B systems and related business processes.
- Proven ability to collaborate with business units to understand and align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in evaluating and managing relationships with technology vendors.
- Successful negotiation and collaboration with vendors for optimal solutions.
- Hands-on experience leading and managing organizational change related to the adoption of new B2B architectures.
- Experience addressing security and compliance considerations in B2B solutions.
- Experience modeling current and future state technology architectures, defining reference and solution architectures, and creating required architectural artifacts to communicate architectural intent.
- Experience with SAFe methodology from an Enterprise Architecture role perspective.
- Implementation and enforcement of architectural governance processes.
- Evidence of continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7 or more years related work experience with at least 1 year of experience building, deploying and operating B2B-specific solutions.
- Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture and B2B technologies are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce products is strongly preferred.
