Job Details

As the Lead Software Engineer, you will

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of large engineering projects that interact with multiple teams.
• Drive the architecture and design of scalable solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements and are cost-effective.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of engineers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to refine product requirements and create clear, concise user stories.
• Facilitate an agile development process through daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Promote a culture of Test Driven Development within the team, ensuring high-quality code and reducing the likelihood of bugs in production.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies, and be able to apply them into daily activities.
  
  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading large, complex engineering projects.
• Strong expertise in Azure, JS, OOP, Agile, Leadership, code review, scalable solution, agile pods, Test Driven Development, Full Stack, Object Oriented Programming, and "C#".
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire a team towards achieving great results.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and come up with innovative solutions.
• A deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience in working in agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
