Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Design, develop, and implementation of software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand end-user requirements and translate them into practical software solutions.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering.
- Proven experience as a Senior level or Team Lead in a software development team.
- In-depth knowledge of most of the following:
React, TypeScript, Node, C#, .NET, SQL, Git, Docker/Kubernetes, REST APIs, Microservices, CI/CD pipelines, Azure/AWS, etc.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience in enterprise cloud environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
