Role: Lead Scrum Master/ Agile Delivery lead

JD:-
- Experience of working with a Scrum Team as Scrum Master of at-least 4-5 years
- Deep understanding of Scrum framework, values and principles, understanding of creating Done increments
- Understanding of Product Development in empirical environment
- Exposure to Agile Technical practices: TDD, Refactoring, Simple Design, Pair Programming, Clean Code
- Servant-leader in the true sense of the word with excellent facilitation skills
- Exposure to scaling Scrum at program level SAFe, LeSS, Nexus
- Exposure to other agile frameworks and methods vis Kanban, XP, DAD
- Understanding of the concepts like Code Quality, Technical Debt and how to improve/reduce them
- Expertise in using tools like JIRA, Rally, TFS ,ADO etc.
- Understanding of Devops: Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Continuous Delivery, Release and Deployment Automation across technology stacks
- Development experience: Deep-rooted software development experience, preferably in one of the modern languages is an added advantage
- Proactive, Strong communication skills, Resourceful with strong skills on Working with stakeholders
Job description:
- Work on forecasting, release planning, and facilitating in creating Done increments
- Empowering self-organization
- Focus on quality of deliverables, enabler for the Dev Teams to keep delivering value
- Act as a technical coach/mentor to software developers and testers
- Motivate team to practice appropriate techniques
- Motivate team members to perform to their highest potential and set them up for success
- Be able to constantly monitor Code Quality, Technical Debt and how to improve/reduce them
- Train, mentor team members and other scrum masters
- Get a team ready to a stage where they no longer need a coach
- Coach Agile software development teams in Scrum practices
- Working/Coaching Product Owners on Product Backlog Management
