About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Salesforce Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. You will lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing technical guidance and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, including customization, integration, and configuration, to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and Salesforce designs.
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform, considering factors such as performance, security, usability, and CRM analytics.
- Develop and implement CRM analytics strategies, leveraging Salesforce reporting and analytics tools to derive actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators, guiding them in best practices and design principles.
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Salesforce architecture and CRM analytics capabilities, keeping abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies, features, and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data analysts, project managers, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, CRM analytics, and best practices, advising stakeholders on solution design and implementation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Integration Architect
- Minimum of 8 years of experience architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Community Cloud.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation projects from inception to delivery, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative customization, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integration techniques, including REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Proficiency in CRM analytics tools and techniques, such as Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Wave Analytics, or third-party BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and CRM analytics insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $85- $95/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
