Responsibilities

• Shadowing/Training - You'll train, role-play, and demonstrate industry-leading practices under an expert agent.
• Lead Generation - You'll take the opportunity to execute our PLACE lead generation systems weekly, elevating your lead generation skillset.
• Open Houses - Combine your warm and inviting personality with our proven support to hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers to current listings.
• Communication - Learn and execute proven relationship-building skills, allowing you to convert conversations into valuable appointments.
• Script Training - You'll join in weekly script practice sessions, fostering a supportive learning environment and honing your skills.
• Teamwork - You'll participate in exciting team activities that foster a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging.
• Coaching/Training - To support your growth, we offer weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, engaging training, and Partner Calls where you can share your insights and learn from others.
• Consultation - Using proven systems and technology, you'll work directly with buyers and sellers to guide them through the home-buying process with expert care and confidence.
• Negotiation - leverage tried and true scripts and techniques to negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers and sellers, creating win-win deals that exceed clients' goals.
• Done For You - take advantage of our support team to eliminate 75% of the tasks normally required of an Agent to close a transaction.
• Technology - benefit from our cutting-edge PLACE Technology to streamline client support and ensure you're consistently meeting your and your family's goals while delivering outstanding service to our amazing clients.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded

• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
