The Lead Product Marketing Manager for Member Experience will be integral in shaping and communicating the core messaging and positioning of Spring Health's world-class member experience. This role will require a seasoned product marketer who can seamlessly translate our product innovations into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders, including sales, customer success, revenue enablement, cross-functional marketing teams, and the executive team. In addition to leading downstream marketing initiatives, this role will have a strategic focus on upstream activities such as market research, product strategy alignment, and competitive analysis to help inform product positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Messaging & Positioning: Develop compelling messaging frameworks that reflect the value of our member experience, resonating with both internal and external audiences.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Serve as the bridge between product, sales, customer success, and other teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration in all go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
- Market Strategy & Research: Lead upstream marketing activities, including market research and competitive analysis, to refine our positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- GTM Orchestration: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective rollout.
- Revenue Enablement: Partner closely with the revenue enablement team to the field with necessary tools, presentations, and insights to communicate the benefits of our member experience, supporting them in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Thought Leadership & Content: Partner closely with brand and growth marketing to create and deliver compelling content that positions Spring Health as a leader in the healthcare tech space, highlighting our innovation and unique value in the mental health space.
What Success Looks Like
- Revenue impact, including deal velocity and win rates.
- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives through to completion and intended outcomes.
- Feedback from sales and customer success teams on the relevance and utility of marketing materials.
- Completion of GTM projects within established timeframes, with measurable impact on company goals.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of product marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or employer services.
- Proven expertise in developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
- Skilled in translating complex product concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and interpreting product performance metrics.
- Experience supporting sales enablement and creating effective go-to-market collateral.
The target base salary range for this position is $147,800 - $184,750, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Databaseat minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
