We are seeking a Lead Product Consultant with a strong background in Sales & Marketing and Brand Marketing coupled with technical expertise in SnM DigiMktg. This role requires a seasoned professional with 10 to 14 years of experience ready to drive our product strategies to new heights and significantly impact our market presence.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Good understanding of US Commercial pharma Knowledge of business porcess mapping . Transparency reporting US Medispend anf TDMS knowledge in the past is preferable Lead the integration of digital marketing strategies with product development to enhance brand visibility and sales.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage market trends and opportunities.

- Analyze customer feedback and market research to inform product enhancements and innovations.

- Provide expert guidance on the competitive landscape identifying key threats and opportunities.

- Facilitate training sessions for the sales and marketing teams on product features and benefits. –

 Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.

- Ensure product offerings are aligned with customer expectations and industry standards. - Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to support marketing and sales initiatives.

- Stay abreast of advancements in digital marketing technologies and methodologies applying best practices to our strategies.

-Qualifications

- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing and Brand Marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

- Expertise in SnM DigiMktg with the ability to leverage technology to drive product success.

 - Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and market research to inform decision-making.

 - Excellent communication and collaboration skills capable of working effectively across teams and with external partners.

 - A strategic thinker with a creative mindset able to develop innovative marketing solutions. - Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives driving them to successful completion. - Commitment to staying informed on market trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000-$130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
