As the Lead Procurement Operations Analyst, you will partner to manage a team of procurement buyers while assisting with requisition to purchase order processing, partnering with Accounts Payable to solve invoice exceptions, and coordinating procurement communications with our business stakeholders.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Partner to manage a team of procurement buyers to ensure timely approval of requisitions
- Assist our business stakeholders with procurement questions and how to create requisitions and receipts
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the requisition to purchase order process
- Partner with Accounts Payable to solve PO-backed invoice exceptions
- Help in setting up catalogs in the Procure-To-Pay system
- Provide input on how to improve the overall requisition to receive process
- Assist with or lead high-priority tactical sourcing projects when necessary
- Support customer satisfaction through implementation activities and effective customer feedback initiatives
- Have a continuous improvement mindset
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent related work or military experience
- 4 years of Procurement Operations, Tactical Sourcing, or Procurement Managed Services experience
- 3+ years of experience in business process optimization/reengineering, applying process improvement, modeling and reengineering methodologies to conduct process optimization and improvement projects
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to assist in driving change within the procurement process
- Excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of eProcurement and eCatalog management systems
- Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Oracle Fusion experience
- Experience with e-sourcing platforms and auctions
