What we're looking for in a Lead Restaurant Server
To excel as a Lead Restaurant Server at The Westin Jekyll Island Beach Resort Restaurant, a friendly and outgoing personality is a must! Excellent communication skills are vital for interacting with a diverse clientele, including tourists and locals. Attention to detail will ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly, while multitasking abilities will help you navigate busy shifts with ease. A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for our guests will set you apart in this role. Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required. As the Lead PM Server you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding other servers, as well as providing them assistance and direction when needed. Once fully trained and comfortable you will also play a vital role in training others.
