Qualified Candidate:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Prior experience with Service Titan preferred.
• Prior leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED). Valid Plumbing or Journeyman License preferred but not required.
• Experience in Residential Plumbing, particularly with drain, sewer, water & gas line installation and retrofit.
• Experience with service of tank-less water heaters and water filtration systems.
• 3+ years of plumbing experience with water heaters, tankless & filtration systems installation and retrofit, having strong knowledge of state and local codes and regulations.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions.
• Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools.
• Committed adherence and enforcement of the company's core values and core purpose.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language, bi-lingual is a plus.
