About the Job
Role
As a Team Lead (also known as CNC Machinist Lead, Production Supervisor), you'll coordinate the activities of CNC Machinists and grinders, operate CNC lathes and mills, and manage In Feed and Thru Feed centerless grinders. You'll also provide training, monitor safety and quality, adjust work assignments, and serve as a liaison between departments.
