Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality orthodontic care to patients, ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and implement comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Communicate and review treatment plans with families, ensuring informed consent for all procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including dental board rules, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical support staff, fostering collaboration and excellence in patient care.
- Cultivate a positive and professional work environment, consistently demonstrating a supportive and enthusiastic attitude.
Requirements:
- BC in Orthodontics
- Minimum of 2 years of orthodontic experience preferred
