Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily lab operations and ensure quality control and compliance standards are met.
• Perform advanced diagnostic testing across core lab departments.
• Mentor and train junior staff while fostering a collaborative environment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and streamline workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
• Current ASCP or AMT certification (required).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of lab experience, with leadership and quality/compliance expertise.
• Strong generalist skills and adaptability for benchwork when needed.
