- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to mechanical and mechatronics engineering teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Design and integrate mechanical and electrical systems to develop cohesive and efficient solutions.
- Implement robotic systems to automate MVP's existing and future offerings, enhancing efficiency and productivity for our customers.

Job Details
- 10 years of design experience, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite with a strong aptitude for quickly learning new software applications.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor (used internally), SolidWorks, or similar CAD software packages.
