High School diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to speak, read and write English.
Current and valid driver’s license in the state where you live for operation of vehicles in furtherance of company business.
At least 5 years of maintenance experience required.
At sites with CFC recycling equipment, possess or be prepared to obtain within 12 months, necessary licensure.
EPA Type I Certification is required or must be prepared to obtain certification within 90-days after being employed.
Must not be on the Denied Participation list issued by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.
Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
