Lead Maintenance Technician - SSM Industrial Co

A Facilities/Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility. This role involves planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance tasks, as well as managing a team of maintenance technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Team Management: Oversee and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
• Budgeting: Manage maintenance budgets and costs.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Emergency Response: Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate repairs.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Energy Efficiency: Implement energy-saving measures and practices.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
