About the Job
A Facilities/Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility. This role involves planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance tasks, as well as managing a team of maintenance technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Team Management: Oversee and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
- Budgeting: Manage maintenance budgets and costs.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with contractors and vendors.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate repairs.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Energy Efficiency: Implement energy-saving measures and practices.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational skills.

Salary info:
