Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Supervise: Provide daily direction and set priorities for shift Maintenance Mechanics to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency throughout the plant.
• Enhance Reliability: Improve mean time between failures by implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production and processing teams to ensure optimal equipment utilization and increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Communicate effectively with the operations department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.
• Ensure Equipment Functionality: Oversee the proper functioning of all electrical and mechanical units and infrastructure within the facility.
• Maintain Records: Ensure accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities and track spare parts consumption.

Requirements:

• Prior leadership experience
• Previous experience with automated machines, injection moulding
• Knowledge of automation, material handling systems, and auxiliaries such as compressors, chillers, and electrical systems.
• Preferred Technical degree, or equivalent technical certifications
• Competent in repairs of Injection Molding and automation machines.
• Knowledge on machine processing with the ability to troubleshoot
