Aerotek is hiring a qualified Lead Maintenance Mechanic for one of the largest e-commerce companies.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic III

Pay Rate: $32.50

Location: Buckeye/Goodyear area

Shift: Must be open to all shifts, including nights

• 4/10 work schedule

Job Description

As a MT III, you will use your skills to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment, conveyor and hydraulic systems throughout the building. You will lead a team of technicians and provide guidance/expertise.

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and train teams of technicians

• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment

• Ability to install and maintain photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, and encoders

• Complete assigned PMs and provide feedback on any improvements that might be needed.

• Maintaining and repairing distribution center racking

• Assists Service Technicians repairing and maintaining building pneumatic system

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in leadership role

• Experience working in the electrical/mechanical field

• Troubleshooting, wiring, pneumatics, schematics, reading blue prints, etc.

• State of the art automated distribution center

• Safety oriented environment

• Walking 10,000 steps/day
