About the Job
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to fill a Lead Knowledge Analyst (LKA) role within the MSP Practice, focused on the topic of Growth & Digital Marketing. As a Lead Knowledge Analyst within the MSP Practice Area, you will -
- Partners with case teams to identify & address critical knowledge asset requirements.
- Travel requirements to support client projects, proposals, conversation starters will be minimum 30-50% and may vary across the year
- Provides customized knowledge for client work, lead the topic agenda by strategizing & executing comprehensive proprietary knowledge assets.
- Be a driver of growth of topic in APAC region & contribute to global agenda.
- Leads the global / regional engagement with other specialized teams (e.g. DRS, Gamma, Omnia) to bring out the optimal solutions to ensure that requests/projects are delivered in an optimal manner
- With consultants, collects, synthesizes, analyzes case team learning & inputs into new knowledge products (case vignettes, frameworks, methodology)
- Leverage his/her expertise to support project proposals (e.g. outside-in observations, competitive benchmarking, maturity assessment etc) as well as client casework.
- Be responsible for creating and maintaining best-in-class institutional content and knowledge that supports and advances the Digital Marketing topic (e.g. case vignettes, credentials, toolkit evaluations, vendor management, etc).
- Showcase consultative skills and in-depth expertise on growth topics including spend allocation, campaign management, enhancing effectiveness of digital marketing channels and measurement.
- Build & lead a team and be responsible for managing their business performance metrics & career growth.
Successful candidates will possess advanced analytics technical expertise, strong collaborative and execution capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills both to expert and non-expert audiences, a practical and flexible mindset, and high attention to detail and work quality. You will join a growing team with a global presence and will work most closely with team members in India.
