- Team Lead or Project Lead experience
- Java
- Solid experience in backend development
- Object Oriented Programming
- Agile
- NoSQL database experience a must (experience with Mongo would be a big plus)
- Tomcat
- SQL databases
- Strong competencies in Hibernate and Spring
