Kforce's client seeks a Lead IT Vendor Manager/PM/BA in Wilmington, DE (Philadelphia area). This is a quick opportunity for fulltime with client. Summary: As a Lead IT Vendor Manager/PM/BA within the Global Supplier Services team, you will act as the primary liaison between our business and our vendors. Your responsibilities will include overseeing processes and procedures, promoting a robust controls environment, promoting process improvements, and negotiating contracts. This role demands strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, time management, project management, and facilitation skills. Regular interaction with multiple teams and senior management will require you to demonstrate proven analytical and strategic thinking skills. This position offers the chance to deliver world-class vendor management service in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
7+ years of demonstrated experience in software/hardware professional services sourcing, vendor, partner, or relationship management, technology or product management
Strong competencies in use of MS Office packages (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong at multi-tasking and time management discipline
Strong communication & presentation skills
Experience with client management and project management
Strong understanding of banking and departmental procedures, functions, and activities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
