The Acadia contract will provide engineering and scientific support to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's Test and Evaluation group. Acadia will provide imagery science expertise to test and verify sensor capabilities and conduct data analysis on a range of sensors and phenomenologies. Furthermore, Acadia will provide test tools and automated script development to support both NGA's image quality and integration testing missions. Finally, Acadia will provide workstation IT support, configuration management services, asset management, cloud usage optimization, and security support to ensure successful test center operations.

We are hiring for the Lead IT Support Systems Administrator (SA) who are responsible for leading a team of system and cloud administrators, IT security engineers, and software engineers delivering network, workstation, and application support across an organization. The Lead SA/NE is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of IT infrastructure for all Integration & Image Quality Office (TAC) spaces and may be expected to manage the teams providing test tool development and automation services. The Lead SA/NE may lead the teams conducting end-to-end solution testing and system demos.
Required:
"At least 10 years of experience as a Systems Administrator/Network Engineer for development/integration programs/projects similar to the scope of Acadia II.
"Bachelor's/Master's degree in Systems Management or a related field.
"Experience administering Windows, UNIX, and Cloud-based systems,
"Experience implementing and managing Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) instances to host tools and/or services across multiple domains.
"Experience leading an agile, fast-paced engineering and development team.
"Experience transitioning bare metal capabilities to a cloud infrastructure.
"Experience coordinating across offices, organizations, and contracts to accomplish system, network, and infrastructure access/changes.
"Experience with DevSecOps platforms, pipelines, processes, and support tools (e.g. Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Jenkins, Redmine, etc.)
"Experience in the application of security policy, procedures, and technology to include ICD 503 requirements, Cross Domain Devices, PKI, Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC), Secure Socket Layer (SSL), and system hardening/certification testing.
"Experience identifying root causes, impediments, and solutions.
"Experience identifying and addressing system/application security vulnerabilities, leading to receipt of Authority to Operate (ATO).
"Experience performing analysis of a similar system and using the results to recognize interface impacts.
"Comprehensive understanding of systems development lifecycle and enterprise systems architecture
