Are you a mid-career HVAC Technician looking for an exciting opportunity with career growth? We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Service Tech responsible for servicing and maintaining HVAC systems in a commercial environment. Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and perform start-ups of commercial HVAC systems.
  
• Diagnose and problems using hand tools, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
  
• Troubleshooting, servicing & fixing VAV, VRF, RTU's low voltage controls, and some chillers (chiller preferred not required)
  
• Conduct preventative maintenance, system replacements, and necessary modifications.
  
• Ensure safety standards are strictly followed on all job sites.
  
• Maintain company vehicle and tools, ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition.
  
• Keep accurate records of work performed and equipment used.
  
• Stay up-to-date with manufacturer standards for installation, operation, and repairs.
  
• Provide technical assistance to customers as needed.
  
• Work overtime or weekends as needed
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• EPA Approved Universal Technician Certification required.
  
• Ability to pass a standard drug screen and background check.
  
• Valid driver’s license.
  
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
