QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD HVAC INSTALLER OR SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years installation and service technician experience
• Understanding of industry safety and compliance practices
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Leadership skills
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
