Lead HVAC Installer - Jacob Heating & A/C

Are you an experienced HVAC installer looking to make your mark? We want you to join our team as a Lead HVAC Installer! Your role will be pivotal in installing residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to our exacting standards, ensuring every customer experience is exceptional.

Work Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion)

Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and Insurable driving record
• Minimum 2 years of installation experience
• Knowledge of various HVAC equipment types
• Familiarity with equipment start-up and basic troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and diagrams
• Current EPA certification
• Advanced safety knowledge, compliance with safety rules
• Excellent customer relation skills with a proactive mindset
• Well-organized, able to work independently and collaboratively
