We're hiring an experienced window installer / commercial glazier with 4+ years of experience in the field.

- Unload delivery trucks and prepare work trucks with supplies for the day's jobs.
- Inspect incoming material orders for damage or mistakes.
- Cut glass, mirrors, screens, and other materials for upcoming jobs.
- Meet clients at their homes to prepare job sites for construction.
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude with clients.
- Remove old windows, glass, or doors and install new products cleanly and efficiently.
- Safely use power and hand tools to complete installations.
- Keep the job site clean throughout the installation and complete a thorough cleanup at the close of construction.
- Maintain a professional appearance, friendly attitude, and supportive demeanor with teammates.
- Train junior staff and uphold high standards of behavior and craftsmanship on the job site.
- 4+ years of carpentry or construction experience, or 2-4+ years of window and door installation experience.
- Commercial glazier experience is a plus.
