Are you ready to lead and inspire? Glass Images and Creations Inc is on the lookout for a dedicated Lead Glazier to take charge of on-site projects, managing crews of 2-3 team members. This role requires hands-on expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial glass installation while fostering teamwork and upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

- Lead and oversee on-site glazing projects, managing crews of 2-3 team members.
- Organize project tasks and ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install various glass types, including tempered, laminated, and insulated units.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project specifications for accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior glaziers, fostering skill development and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship while upholding company safety guidelines.
- Operate specialized tools and equipment safely, including glass cutters and glazing machines.
- Keep work sites clean and organized, promoting efficiency and safety.
- Experience: 3+ years in glazing or glass installation (residential, commercial, or industrial).
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and execute projects seamlessly.
- Skills: Proficiency in glazing tools, blueprint reading, and project management.
- Strength: Ability to lift and handle heavy glass and materials, and comfort working at heights when needed.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Credentials: Valid driver's license (preferred for operating company vehicles).
- Compensation Perks: $25-$35 per hour, based on experience, with performance bonuses and overtime potential.
