What we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to oversee and execute all aspects of our lead generation efforts. This role is pivotal to driving consumer-based leads through digital channels, including PPC, SEO, and paid lead acquisition. You will manage and optimize our substantial and growing advertising budget with the objective of maximizing qualified lead generation while reducing cost per lead. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of using digital marketing tools and strategies to deliver measurable results in consumer lead acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms to drive qualified consumer leads. Conduct A/B testing to maximize conversion rates and ensure cost-effective lead acquisition.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aimed at improving organic lead generation, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and link-building. Monitor performance and adjust strategies to enhance lead visibility and drive traffic.
- Identify and manage external lead sources, including negotiating contracts with third-party vendors to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of lead sources and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze performance metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and lead quality to identify trends and optimize lead generation strategies. Prepare detailed reports to inform decision-making and improve future lead generation efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in digital marketing practices. Leverage insights to refine lead generation strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, or more depending on proven and relevant experience. We provide annual raises to strong performers. Starting pay is dependent on candidate qualifications, work experience, and skillset.
This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule. During your Orientation Period, the schedule will be 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. At the end of your Orientation Period, which lasts 10 weeks, you will reach your Benefit Eligibility Date. At this time, you will transition to a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home each week. Further details regarding schedule flexibility and other benefits will be discussed during the interview.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience managing lead generation efforts through PPC, SEO, and paid lead sources.
- Strong proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and PPC tools (Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, etc.), along with familiarity with additional platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing data and present insights for informed decision-making, as well as experience in managing lead purchase and acquisition strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute (typingtest.com can be used for self-assessment).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads or any related certifications are a plus.
- Experience advertising on social media platforms is a plus.
- Experience advertising nationally is a plus.

Additional Information:
- We are seeking a candidate for a December 2, 2024, start date, but this can be adjusted as needed for the right candidate.
